Water Treatment Trailer

The MWT-6K3 Water Treatment System is a purpose-built, one-of-a-kind, turn-key treatment system designed to address the complex challenges of removing Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) from source water. The system utilizes three 6,000-pound capacity media vessels plumbed in series to provide15 minutes of empty-bed contact time at 300 gallons per minute.* The six-foot diameter vessels were custom built with extra height sidewalls to create beds that offer more contact time with the treatment media while reducing the risk of channeling when compared to larger diameter vessels.

Each vessel features dedicated backwash inlet and outlet ports making maintenance simpler and quicker. The package also includes pre-carbon bag filter chambers, pressure gauges, and sampler ports on each vessel, as well as a totalizing flow meter with instantaneous GPM readout and available 4-20 mA output. Equipment is mounted on a double-drop trailer for easy set-up and has room on the front deck to adda polish vessel with ion exchange resin or other media.
