Falco 300 Oxidizer

The FALCO 300 is a catalytic oxidizer designed for soil vapor extraction (SVE) sites, where VOC concentrations are too high for carbon removal. It offers up to 99.5% VOC destruction efficiency with fully automated operation. The control system adjusts the FALCO Vapor Control Valve (VCV) to regulate input and temperatures, with automatic shutdown for safety.

Featuring a spiral plate heat exchanger, the FALCO 300 optimizes energy use based on vapor concentrations, preheating incoming air without extra energy at moderate levels (e.g., 780 ppmv gasoline and 300 scfm). Its durable packed bed catalyst resists poisoning and is easily replaced on-site.
